Summary:
- Location: Fresno, CA
- Contract Duration: 9 Months
- Local candidates only within Service Territory
- Hybrid role with 2-4 office or field site visits per month
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Power BI reporting, document management, and project management tools.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational performance insights.
- Extract and manipulate data from SAP and Business Warehouse systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data analysis needs and deliver comprehensive visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics outputs.
- Provide training and support on Power BI tools and best practices.
- Administer document management tools like SharePoint and MS-TEAMS.
- Simplify SharePoint resource pages.
- Participate in analytics strategy development and project planning.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in large software programs and/or project experience.
- 5 years of developer or software design and support controller experience.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI reporting using various data sources including Excel, SAP, Jira SAP, and third-party apps.
- Advanced SharePoint administration skills including user permissions and site collections.
- Advanced Excel skills, including producing graphs, look-ups, pivot tables, and formula development.
- Familiarity with project scheduling applications/tools (e.g., P6, Maxavera).
