IPR LLC – Business Operations Manager – Lafayette, AL

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily business operations related to the procurement, handling, storage, and wholesale distribution of recyclable materials; Manage logistics, transportation, and inventory processes to ensure efficient movement and availability of recyclable commodities; Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support recycling material trading and distribution activities; Monitor operational performance, costs, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and profitability; Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics service providers to support recyclable material transactions; Oversee vendor contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements related to recycling logistics and material handling; Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and commercial regulations related to recycling operations; Supervise and evaluate staff involved in operations, logistics, inventory, and administrative functions; Prepare operational reports and analyses for senior management to support business planning and decision-making; Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures to support continuous business operations.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field & 5 years of progressive experience in business operations, logistics management or recycling material distribution.
