Business & Marketing Lead

Location: Williamsburg
Salary: 85k-95k + Commission 

About the Role:
A growing homecare agency, is seeking an experienced Business Development / Head Marketer to drive growth, build referral networks, and lead marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow client base and referrals

• Manage marketing campaigns and digital presence

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, and senior living facilities

• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or marketing, Specifically in homecare or healthcare a must

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM systems
