Overview
Position Summary: At ABM Industries, the Business Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial operations across multiple service locations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, strategic planning, and budget management while partnering with operational leaders to drive cost-saving initiatives and business growth.
Pay: $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Oversight & Reporting
o Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
o Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence.
o Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
· Budgeting & Forecasting
o Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets.
o Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.
o Update 12-month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning.
· Compliance & Controls
o Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
o Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
· Business Partnering
o Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align financial goals.
o Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis.
· Team Leadership & Collaboration
o Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in facilities services or multi-site operations.
· Familiarity with P&L management, cost control, and financial modeling.
· Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
