Job Details
Job requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California bar license in good standing
- 2-5 years of business litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with bankruptcy litigation is a HUGE plus
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid-remote work setting in Downtown Sacramento
