Job Description:
Employees in this job function are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs.
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions.
- Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency.
- Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts.
- Design and implement new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance.
