Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with business and functional leaders to define meaningful metrics, ensure data accuracy, and translate performance insights into clear, actionable reporting. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, comfortable working with data while understanding how metrics drive operational and strategic outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The purpose of this team is to partner closely with business and functional leaders to define meaningful metrics, ensure data accuracy, and translate performance insights into clear, actionable reporting. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, comfortable working with data while understanding how metrics drive operational and strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to designing, building, and maintaining KPI frameworks and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive).
- Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and sources.
- Automate reporting where possible to improve scalability and reliability.
- Develop clear data visualizations and narratives tailored to executive and operational audiences.
- Establish reporting governance, definitions, and metric documentation.

- Data Querying & Transformation: 5 to 8 years
- KPI Design, Performance Measurement & Analysis: 5 to 8 years
- The ideal resume would show knowledge between the business and the data, not purely on one side. Candidates should have direct ownership of KPI reporting—not just consume dashboards built by others. Strong skills in Excel and Power BI are essential.
