Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn operational and financial data into actionable insights at a growing manufacturing organization. What Youll Do Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

<br/>We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn operational and financial data into actionable insights at a growing manufacturing organization. This role is 5 days per week onsite initially and will eventually transition to a hybrid schedule.<br/> 

What Youll Do

<ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
	</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, business-ready visualizations.
	</li><li>Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to identify reporting needs.
	</li><li>Automate reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
	</li><li>Analyze data using SQL and advanced Excel; support KPI tracking.
	</li><li>Present insights to non-technical stakeholders and improve reporting processes.
</li></ul>

Qualifications

<ul><li>37+ years in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics.
	</li><li>Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
	</li><li>Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Python, R, or JavaScript a plus.
	</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
	</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
	</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations preferred.
	</li><li>Comfortable building solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.
