As a Business Growth & Customer Support Agent, you own the client journey from first hello to long-term ROI. Key Responsibilities of the Business Growth & Customer Support Agent
  • Implement a structured sales strategy to identify connectivity gaps in Chesapeake businesses and deliver AT&T Business Fiber solutions.

  • Guide clients through the sales lifecycle, from consultation and negotiation to VoIP integration and 5G device activation.

  • Provide high‑level sales support for VoIP and Unified Communications, simplifying complex deployments into clear business outcomes.

  • Conduct sales audits of client accounts, identifying opportunities for speed‑tier upgrades and bundled wireless solutions.

  • Strengthen client relationships by delivering sales insights and tailored recommendations, ensuring accounts expand alongside evolving business needs.

  • Showcase the sales advantages of Wireless‑First office architecture, highlighting AT&T’s Integrated Gateways and 5G backup reliability.



Minimum Qualifications of the Business Growth & Customer Support Agent

  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology is highly preferred but not essential.

  • Experience in sales engagement, particularly in B2B connectivity, wireless smartphones, or VoIP services. 

  • Ability to translate complex networking concepts into clear sales benefits, such as symmetrical bandwidth and 5G reliability. 

  • Strong organizational discipline to manage a sales territory, maintaining 100% accuracy in sales documentation. 

  • Proven track record of building long‑term client relationships, translating sales wins into sustained business growth.
