Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 2

Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid role

Introduction

We are seeking a professional to support a team within Corporate & Investment Banking. This role will focus on supporting large institutional client onboarding initiatives, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Prior experience in financial services, preferably within Capital Markets or CIB
  • Experience supporting or working with large institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, account opening, or client lifecycle processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Business Execution, Operations, or Client Onboarding role
  • Exposure to regulatory, risk, or compliance-related onboarding requirements
  • Experience working in large enterprise banking environments
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, reporting, or intake processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end onboarding activities for large institutional CIB clients
  • Partner with relationship managers, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to coordinate onboarding workflows
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions, documentation, and process coordination
  • Track onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive issues to resolution
  • Ensure onboarding activities align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards
  • Assist with process documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels, including client-facing teams
