We’re seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with deep roots in the Technology Services industry and a proven book of business in healthcare. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for high performers who thrive on autonomy, results, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and elevate client satisfaction
- Identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs through strategic research
- Source and recruit candidates for active job orders
- Initiate and lead meetings with prospective clients to uncover opportunities
- Promote staffing solutions that align with client goals and workforce challenges
- Draft and close sales contracts with precision and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, and invoicing
- Deliver reliable post-sale support and client feedback
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Mentor and develop junior sales staff into top-performing professionals
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Technology Services Industry
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales leadership in Technology services/products for healthcare clients
- Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Market insight and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus
- Experience in customer support is a bonus
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with a generous structure designed to reward performance. The more you close, the more you earn.
