The Daily Duties of a Business Development Representative:

  • Initiate warm, friendly conversations with potential customers, introducing them to the fantastic services offered by Frontier Communications.
  • Become a trusted expert on our full suite of telecom products, from lightning-fast internet to crystal-clear voice services, and help customers choose what's best for them.
  • Master the art of the upsell, guiding clients to higher-value products that perfectly suit their needs, and earning a bigger slice of the pie for yourself.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions that address specific customer pain points and provide genuine value.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that expand our market reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions alongside fellow Business Development Representatives to refine your skills and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture where everyone is invested in each other's success.
