We're looking for a creative & detail-oriented Business Development Representative in San Bernardino. This dynamic role on our LifeLine campaign will directly involve you in supporting the strategic development & execution of our brand messaging & outreach efforts, ensuring the LifeLine program resonates powerfully within the community.

As a Business Development Representative, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning the intricacies of brand management within a direct marketing framework. You'll develop expertise in supporting marketing campaign development, assisting with the creation of compelling collateral for field teams, coordinating community outreach events, & contributing to the analysis of campaign effectiveness to continually refine our brand presence & impact.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative

  • Support the development of direct-to-consumer marketing materials for the LifeLine program, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.

  • Maintain brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all T&R Frameworks and LifeLine campaign marketing materials, communications, and public activations.

  • Assist in planning and executing community outreach and promotional events, managing logistics, and brand presence.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on demographics, consumer needs, and industry trends for LifeLine program marketing strategies.

  • Support tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance by collecting data and assisting with post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with direct sales & enrollment teams to understand their needs for marketing support & ensure materials are practical & effective in the field.

  • Maintain & organize marketing asset libraries, including digital files, physical collateral inventory, & promotional giveaways, ensuring easy accessibility & replenishment.

  • Create concise and persuasive marketing content about LifeLine benefits for social media, website updates, and internal communications.

  • Liaise with external vendors such as printers, designers, or promotional material suppliers, ensuring timely delivery & quality control of all branded items.

  • Support the marketing department with administrative tasks such as scheduling, presentations, and correspondence for efficient operations.

  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions & team meetings, contributing fresh ideas for brand activation, community engagement, & program awareness strategies.

Minimum Qualifications of the Business Development Representative

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is strongly preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing support, brand promotion, event coordination, or an administrative role within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate brand messages clearly, concisely, & persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials and data.

  • Essential skills include Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with basic graphic design tools and social media management platforms.

  • Creative thinking & problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to developing innovative marketing solutions & adapting to dynamic campaign needs.

  • A strong work ethic & ability to thrive independently & collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

  • Adaptability & a "student mentality", eager to learn new marketing techniques, industry trends, & LifeLine program intricacies.

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel locally within the San Bernardino area for community events and outreach.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable, reflecting the diverse communities we serve.
