QUALIFICATIONS

​Experience: Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in design, procurement, real estate, or FF&E industries.


​Industry Knowledge: 

Deep understanding of the architect/designer mindset and the real estate development lifecycle.


​Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.


​Communication: Superb people skills with the ability to connect, build trust, and present complex solutions clearly (verbal and written).


​Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage pipelines and proposals.
​Attributes: Resourceful, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and a genuine love for design trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with architects,

 interior designers, and real estate developers.
​Hunt & Close: Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold outreach and inbound lead follow-up. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.


​Consultative Sales: Consult with clients to understand their unique project requirements and deliver tailored FF&E solutions that elevate their designs.
​Collaborate: Work closely with our internal project managers and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.


​Network: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to keep our brand top-of-mind in the design and development community.
​Analyze: Monitor market trends and gather feedback to help refine our offerings and sales strategies.
