How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a Business Development Program Manager, you will lead the execution, growth, and overall performance of the ONECELL Signal Source program within our Enterprise Wireless Solutions business. This role sits at the intersection of program leadership, technical expertise, and partner-driven business development, acting as the central point of coordination across mobile network operators, system integrators, and internal cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of ONECELL as a signal source within Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployments, while ensuring strong execution, partner enablement, and operational excellence. This position can be based in Richardson, TX or Nashua, NH.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Program Ownership & Execution
- Owning end-to-end performance of the ONECELL Signal Source program across enterprise DAS deployments
- Leading execution across planning, deployment, and lifecycle support for partner-led implementations
- Establishing and managing program plans, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance
- Driving program growth, revenue performance, and continuous improvement
- Serving as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners
Business Development (Partner-Led Model)
- Driving business growth by enabling and supporting system integrator partners deploying solutions across ANDREW ERA and third-party DAS ecosystems
- Collaborating with partners to identify, progress, and close opportunities within enterprise environments
- Supporting partner sales teams through technical guidance, positioning, and solution alignment
- Working with internal sales teams and carriers to route and support qualified opportunities
- Contributing to the expansion of the ONECELL signal source footprint across DAS ecosystems
Carrier & Ecosystem Engagement
- Serving as the primary interface with mobile network operators, primarily AT&T and T-Mobile for ONECELL signal source integration
- Ensuring alignment with carrier requirements, deployment models, and program expectations
- Acting as the liaison between carriers and partners to ensure seamless execution
- Maintaining strong relationships across the DAS ecosystem, including third-party platforms
Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Leveraging strong in-building wireless (IBW) and DAS system design expertise to guide deployments and resolve challenges
- Partnering with systems engineering, supply chain, and product management to support execution
- Facilitating technical reviews (e.g., building designs, coverage plans) and escalating issues as needed
- Translating field and partner feedback into actionable insights for product and program improvements
Performance, Risk & Operational Excellence
- Tracking and driving key program KPIs, including revenue, deployment success, and partner satisfaction
- Identifying and mitigating risks across technical, operational, and partner dimensions
- Minimizing escalations through strong program oversight and proactive partner support
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all program stakeholders
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in in-building wireless (IBW), DAS, or wireless infrastructure environments
- Strong background in system-level design for wireless solutions
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs and partner-driven initiatives
- Experience working with mobile network operators and/or system integrators
- Familiarity with iBwave and ability to interpret in-building coverage and design outputs
