Job Details

We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical operations and commercial strategy—someone who understands how renewable assets perform and how to position that value to customers.

  • Texas-based highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within C&I/DG or utility-scale solar (BESS highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success developing and closing service-based or long-term contract opportunities including contract negotations
  • Strong understanding of solar and/or energy storage systems, particularly from an operations, maintenance, or asset management perspective
  • Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers, translating system performance into financial outcomes
  • Experience working with asset owners, developers, EPCs, or independent power producers is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with regional market dynamics in Texas or the broader South-Central U.S. is a strong advantage
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build pipeline, manage relationships, and operate with a high degree of independence
