Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the security industry
- Experience selling security guard services or physical security solutions
- Strong relationship-based sales skills and negotiation ability
- Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B client relationships in the Houston market
- Identify opportunities for security services and solutions
- Present proposals and negotiate service agreements
- Maintain and grow client accounts through relationship management
- Manage sales pipeline and activity through CRM tools
- Represent the company in the local business community
