What You’ll Own:
You will build relationships that generate real revenue through:
  • Insurance agents.
  • Insurance adjusters.
  • Property managers.
  • Builders & general contractors.
  • Property investors/flippers.
  • Multi-family owners & apartment communities.
  • Commercial accounts.

You will also:
  • Set meetings and follow up relentlessly.
  • Build a measurable pipeline.
  • Track activity in a CRM (if it’s not tracked, it didn’t happen).
  • Attend networking events and create referral momentum.
  • Represent Allay professionally and confidently.
  • Drive new jobs that turn into real, collected revenue.

If you can’t consistently create opportunity AND close business, this isn’t your seat.

You Are:
  • A proven producer (B2B sales, relationship sales, or restoration sales).
  • Comfortable hearing “no” and coming back stronger.
  • Self-managed (you don’t need babysitting).
  • A strong communicator who earns trust fast.
  • Organized enough to track pipeline and follow-up.
  • Someone who can sell value — not discounts.
  • Someone who runs toward challenges, not away from them.
  • Someone who wants to build something long-term, not just “have a job”.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation:
  • $35,000-$75,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission.
  • Strong performers earn $85,000–$140,000+.
