Position Overview

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and driving new business? Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team and play a key role in expanding their market presence across Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a goal-oriented sales environment, values collaboration, and is motivated by helping businesses find solutions that protect and support their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
• Identify prospect needs by analyzing business risks and insurance requirements to provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain a strong network of centers of influence to generate referrals and new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams in a team-based sales environment to achieve shared business goals
• Partner with insurance carriers to support placement strategies and negotiations
• Influence key decision-makers through strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven and collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation abilities
• Wisconsin Life, Health, Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
