Job Summary
We are a boutique staffing and recruiting firm specializing in both permanent and contract placements across IT and non-IT roles. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base throughout New York and Florida.
This role combines business development with a relationship-focused approach to:
Introduce staffing solutions
Build long-term client partnerships
Support hiring needs across a variety of roles
This position is designed to grow with results. Strong performance can lead to a transition into a full-time salaried position while maintaining an attractive commission structure.
We are seeking someone senior who is interested in helping shape and grow the business, not just filling roles. Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective companies with active hiring needs
Introduce our staffing solutions for direct hire and contract roles
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Partner with recruiters to support client hiring requirements
Manage outreach, follow-ups, and your own sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Professional, consultative sales approach
Working knowledge of staffing and hiring processes
Compensation
Commission-based, highly competitive and uncapped
