Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support modernization of loan reconciliation from monthly to daily processing
- Partner with enterprise data teams to ensure data quality and traceability
- Reconcile loan balances across multiple upstream source systems
- Validate source-to-target data mappings and reconciliation logic
- Support daily data ingestion, validation, and outbound data delivery
- Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics teams to resolve issues
- Produce and analyze data extracts to support reporting and downstream consumers
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst experience
- Loan platform and reconciliation experience (LoanIQ, CFIL, Stucky/Solifi)
- Strong understanding of loan balances, reconciliations, and data validation
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros, and Power Query
- Ability to read and write basic SQL or Python queries
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience working with enterprise data teams
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics data consumers
