The Business Banking Officer is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Source, secure, and acquire new deposit relationships to support the Bank’s growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and generate new business within specialty deposit sectors, including escrow, property management, payroll, insurance, small-to-mid-size businesses, MSBs, and related industries, with a focus on non-interest-bearing (NIB) deposits.
- Manage the new account onboarding process, treasury management delivery, and sales execution.
- Structure and present customized deposit solutions and pricing proposals.
- Minimum of 7-10 years in commercial, middle market, and/or corporate banking segments.
- Strong treasury management expertise with proven business development success in specialty deposit industries.
- Ability to negotiate and structure deposit proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong client relations skills.
