We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Business Banking Officer opportunity with a Bank priding itself on core values such as consistency, creativity and reliability; and above all a dedication to the highest level of personalized service standards for their clients. 

The Business Banking Officer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Source, secure, and acquire new deposit relationships to support the Bank’s growth objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and generate new business within specialty deposit sectors, including escrow, property management, payroll, insurance, small-to-mid-size businesses, MSBs, and related industries, with a focus on non-interest-bearing (NIB) deposits.
  • Manage the new account onboarding process, treasury management delivery, and sales execution.
  • Structure and present customized deposit solutions and pricing proposals.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in commercial, middle market, and/or corporate banking segments.
  • Strong treasury management expertise with proven business development success in specialty deposit industries.
  • Ability to negotiate and structure deposit proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong client relations skills.
Pay Rate Range: $75,000 - $120,000, base plus commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
