Mix of ServiceNow Admin + Business Analyst

Certification –
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
CSI - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Preferred (Should be willing to obtain after joining)

Details:
We are seeking Business Analysist with ServiceNow Admin capabilities to support realtime product development and release management within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, Service Desk operations, and a strong understanding of ITSM processes, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Support real time ServiceNow product development and enhancements.
Manage and deploy ServiceNow releases, including testing and validation.
Support and optimize Service Desk operations and workflows.
Should be aware of Some AI capablities in serviceNow.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories
