Role Overview
The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams| ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood| documented| and translated into effective solutions. This role is critical for driving process improvements| supporting digital transformation| and delivering value to clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering Analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit| analyze| and document business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops| interviews| and process mapping sessions.
  • Documentation Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)| Functiona Specifications| and User Stories.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Solution Design Validation
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units| technology teams| and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Process Improvement Identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Reporting Analysis Provide insights through data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business| Finance| IT| or related field.

Experience 3 - 7 years as a Business Analyst in BFSI or similar domain.

Essential Skills
Strong understanding of SDLC| Agile| and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA| Confluence| MS Excel| and visualization tools (Power BI).Tableau
Excellent communication| analytical| and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of banking products| regulatory compliance| and risk management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g.| Salesforce) and data analysis tools (SQL| Python).
  • Key Competencies Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability to changing business priorities.
