Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Process Improvement
QISG is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and business process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with experience in J.D. Edwards ERP and Hubble Reporting, and a strong understanding of supply chain functions, procurement processes, and procedural documentation are essential.
The ideal candidate is skilled in analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting operational performance.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Validate data as needed to ensure accuracy and support reporting analysts within the Strategic Services team.
- Design, develop, and manage process improvement solutions in collaboration with internal business partners.
- Create and maintain departmental process documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and address business process and reporting needs for projects and initiatives.
- Develop and present training materials to teams when rolling out procedural changes or enhancements.
- Support change management activities, including planning and executing process change communications.
- Gather, organize, and interpret information from systems to extract actionable insights.
- Follow internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or business process improvement.
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Experience with J.D. Edwards ERP and Hubble Reporting systems preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain functions and procurement processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
- Construction management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated team-building and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
