Job Description:

solutions? As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you’ll work closely with
cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive product development, and
ensure the successful execution of business goals. This is an exciting

pathway to permanent employment after completing the internship.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
* Analyze customer data and feedback to develop actionable insights.
* Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
* Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of
solutions.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Continuously monitor product performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business needs
clearly.
* Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) and
methodologies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Passion for understanding client needs and delivering valuable solutions.
* No prior experience required—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Program Structure:
* Unpaid Internship & Training: Gain hands-on experience, training, and
mentorship while working closely with our Business Analysis and Product
teams.
* Paid Internship: Upon completing your unpaid internship and training, there
is potential to move to a paid internship program. Deepen your skills, take
on more responsibility, and prove your potential with a competitive stipend.
* Full-Time Employment: Potential to move to full-time employment after
completing the paid internship. High performers will transition into
permanent Business Analyst/Product Owner roles with opportunities for growth
