We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on software enhancement and new development projects, including gathering, prioritizing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong experience analyzing and documenting complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineered business processes.
• Proven ability to lead meetings and facilitate requirements sessions with business and program subject matter experts, covering functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
• Comprehensive business analysis experience across all phases of the application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, data conversion, testing, and system maintenance, supporting applications with over 10 use cases and reports.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, swim lane diagrams, use cases, user interface mockups, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, and other diagramming and wireframing tools to develop and maintain process flows and UI designs.
