(1 hour lunch break 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.)
Monday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m.-5:00p.m.
Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to design, develop, and maintain complex data visualizations and reporting solutions. This role requires working closely with IT leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, reporting, and database implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Analyze data requirements, data models, and system architectures
- Create paginated reports, data cubes, and advanced visualizations
- Monitor database performance, usage, and data integrity
- Perform data analysis, normalization, and validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership
- Support data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
- Work with third-party vendors for system analysis and improvements
- Contribute to data architecture planning and future-state design
- Provide technical documentation and guidance to teams
Required Skills & Experience:
· 3+ years of experience with Power BI
· 2+ years of experience in Project Management
· Basic knowledge of data governance and privacy principles
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
· 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
