Job Title: Business Analyst Manager
Location: Deerfield, IL (On-site)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst Manager to support the Technology Compliance team and assist in managing the PCI compliance program. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager in managing and supporting the PCI Compliance Program.

• Support risk remediation planning, execution, and oversight to address compliance gaps.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for Technology Compliance programs.

• Maintain documentation related to IT assets, control scope, control owners, and associated risks within compliance programs.

• Provide guidance and clarification to stakeholders on PCI requirements and compliance standards.

• Assist with the annual PCI assessment, including reviewing evidence and uploading documentation for QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) review.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree with at least 4 years of experience, or High School/GED with at least 7 years of experience.

• Experience in IT, IT Audit, IT Compliance, or Information Security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.

• Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).

• Experience in Audit or Compliance within Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Distribution industries.

• Direct experience working with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Additional Information:

• The interview process will include two rounds with the hiring manager.

• Initial training will be 3 days on-site.

• If converted to a full-time role, the candidate must be willing to work 4 days on-site at the Deerfield location.
