Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Start: As Soon As Possible
- Extension: Possible based on performance and business needs
- Conversion: Possible based on business needs
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours
- Pay Rate: $70 – $80/hr
- Additional Details: Must be available to work through the holiday season
- Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations for ongoing risk and compliance initiatives.
- Facilitate new application onboarding through ServiceNow and related tools.
- Create and maintain status updates, meeting documentation, and executive-level reports.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain WorkFront data for accurate reporting and audit traceability.
- Support internal issue management, escalation, and risk monitoring processes.
- Act as a delegate for other team members during absences.
- Provide training, guidance, and administrative support across teams as required.
- 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Risk/Compliance programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance reporting.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
