Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and data engineers to design and implement scalable solutions.
Use data analysis to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and identify improvement opportunities.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Prepare documentation, process flows, and specifications to support development and testing activities.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technology or data.
Strong experience with data analysis, SQL, or data visualization tools.
Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with APIs, data integration, or cloud-based platforms.
Knowledge of project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
