| Job Title: Client Relations Business Analyst Work Address:9320 Excelsior Blvd. Hopkins, MN Prefer candidates in the local area who can work in the office as needed. Office is moving 6 miles to the west in the fall some time. Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 5:00 PM CST) The Client Relations Business Analyst is responsible for increasing the adoption and positive impact of Global IT's solutions for Cargill's employees and contractors. In this role, you will work with IT teams to develop high-value and influential content, conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, and implement the client experience framework. Key Accountabilities Work with, and advise, IT teams to develop strategy around client experience and communications (including, but not limited to: newsletters, emails, articles, channel optimization, videos, website, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and user acceptance testing) Lead sessions with both clients and IT teams to gain feedback and/or educate Use client feedback and data analytics to educate IT teams and continuously improve approach toward a positive client experience Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating to appropriate staff when necessary Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of three years of related work experience Experience designing and editing various forms of communications with attention to detail Strong curiosity to help make IT tools understandable to all Cargill employees Data analytics skills Ability to research and use that research to craft effective communications Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint, Teams, basic video editing, and Poppulo or similar email management tool Experience working within a global, matrixed organization Ability to influence others Strong customer service skills Solid understanding of task prioritization and project management principles Comments for Suppliers: Prefer candidates in the local area who can work in the office as needed. | |
