Job Title: Business Analyst - III
Location; Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid- 3 days per week)
Duration: 12+ months
Pay rate: $55/hr on W2
Position Summary
Join the Global Incentive Compensation Scale & Transformation team to optimize sales compensation systems. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Compensation Design teams on documentation, UAT, process automation, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create process flows, user guides, requirements docs, operational playbooks
- Develop UAT test scripts/coverage and execute testing
- Triage system issues, design cost-effective solutions
- Drive stakeholder alignment, success metrics, project outcomes
- Identify automation/integration opportunities
Required Skills
- 4-5+ years SaaS operations experience
- Data manipulation: Excel, SQL/SOQL, Python, Access
- UAT scripting/execution, technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales compensation exposure
- Cross-functional collaboration, process optimization
