Business Analyst III

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Onsite for 5 day a week

Client Industry: Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Must-Haves:

• Lead BA experience (7+ years of experience)
• Previous vendor management/understanding
• Technical knowledge and can translate that to the business partners
• Strong communication
• Self-motivated/zero hand holding

Day To Day:

• Operates with a consultative mindset, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and simplification opportunities.
• Brings a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and requirements gathering.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can create clarity for stakeholders during early-stage vendor or platform adoption.
• Demonstrates vendor-management maturity—challenges assumptions, ensures accountability, and balances business value with technical feasibility.
• Maintains a high bar for quality and traceability in requirements, process flows, and testing outcomes.
• Communicates; naturally becomes the “go-to” SME on the product and process.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $45 to $55 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
