Job Description:

Job Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Fully onsite in Seattle, WA

Duration: 3 month engagement, potential to extend

Pay Rate: $40 - 47 hourly

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization
  • Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions
  • Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation)
  • Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership
  • Work as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role
  • 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
  • Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
  • Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logistics
