Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
- Create complex, multi-tier product, service, and resource catalog entities in line with established standards and best practices.
- Develop and present design documents outlining catalog configuration standards, including UI/UX elements and configuration logic.
- Collaborate closely with business and IT product teams to implement new products/processes and optimize existing ones.
- Evaluate incoming requests with the product owner to determine whether they require configuration or development.
- Provide end-user support and assist in the development and implementation of enhancements and future projects, including training and mentoring.
- Analyze, test, and document catalog model integration to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assess and upgrade catalog software in coordination with vendor version updates.
- Deliver business-requested reports and insights related to catalog data.
- Troubleshoot and debug data configuration issues.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product and service catalog configuration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON, XML, XSLT, and REST.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with the Hansen Catalog. Telecom experience

Compensation Details: $60-65/hr based on experience
