Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Minimum 8 years of experience needed
• Substantial experience in a business analyst or tester role
• Strong knowledge and expertise in finance, especially in capital markets
• Experience or knowledge in treasury products such as fixed income, money market, and derivative instruments
• 7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Understanding of regulatory reporting
• Ability to comprehend business partner requirements and translate them into technical documents for the IT development team
• Basic technical knowledge, including batch or server-related tasks and basic SQL knowledge

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
