JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for generating financial, operational, and sales insights by querying data across multiple platforms. Supports management and end users in identifying patterns and trends within raw data. Uses existing tools to develop reports and dashboards that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, compile, analyze, and interpret large datasets from CRM, ERP, and HCM systems
  • Perform data extraction, reporting, and analysis from ERP systems using SQL and business intelligence tools
  • Design, build, and distribute dashboards and reports, including ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, actionable reports and insights to management on a regular basis, including system customizations where applicable
  • Support business users and leadership with data requests, troubleshooting, and analytical insights
  • Develop strong proficiency in internal ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Promote a respectful, fair, and inclusive work environment free from harassment and discrimination

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, research, and computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including the use of stored procedures
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and energetic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience analyzing complex data
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis platforms
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
