Duration: Initial 12-month contract (expected extensions/conversion)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (MonFri)

Job Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to own demand forecasting for our VR headset and wearables product lines. Youll build and maintain sell-through and sell-in forecasts, partner with sales and channel operations teams, and present performance insights to business leaders. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven planning in consumer hardware.
Day-to-Day:
- Quality of end products and deliverables, including decks and presentations created
- Proactive identification of necessary changes and adjustments
- Timely follow-up on tasks and action items
- Strong feedback from cross-functional partners demonstrating collaboration and soft skills
- Partner with sales account managers, category managers, data analysts and business unit marketing teams to drive accurate demand planning and identify growth initiatives based on robust forecast models
- Build bottoms up Sell-Through and Sell-In forecasts utilizing multiple quantitative and qualitative datasets and present cycle over cycle results to business leaders
- Forecast and track weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance of hero and accessories hardware products in AR/VR
- Own the actuals vs forecast and goal performance analysis, drive identification of root causes and plan mitigation measures for gaps in performance
- Share forecast assumptions and impact of strategic activities to forecast outcomes to broader organization and various stakeholders
- Drive implementation of tools and techniques for continuous forecast accuracy improvement by analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, dependencies, correlations, and creating future outlooks based on that
- Partner with Channel Operation teams to impact production and launch decisions
- Present outcomes at reviews with business leaders
- 2+ years of experience of hardware products (including accessories) demand forecasting
- 4+ years overall experience
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite products experience
- Abiity to dive in and do the work
- Bachelors degree preferred; experience more important
- Forecasting/Demand Planning (analytical/modeling)
- Cross-functional collaboration and presentation experience
- Technical proficiency (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
- Physical consumer goods experience
- Forecasting systems experience (e.g., O9
- Ability to independently manage business
