Business Analyst (Korean Bilingual)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Assignment Length: 12 months
Work Location: Santa Ana, CA 
Work Schedule: Fully onsite 
Language Requirement: Bilingual Korean / English (verbal and written) – required
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

The Business Operations Specialist supports non?IT business initiatives by maintaining vendor relationships, supporting project and financial processes, and acting in an analytical capacity above an administrative level but below management. This role typically reports to a project manager or director.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication across business units and project teams
• Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications and business metrics
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and supplements
• Set up project and work breakdown structures
• Establish and document business processes
• Track project budgets and expenditures and monitor costs against budgets

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of related experience required
