Service Advisor Position - Burn's Buick GMC Hyundai

Burn's is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! We're looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, great with people, organized, well-spoken, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit

· Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues

· Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and services

· Prepare clear, accurate estimates

· Explain repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner

· Obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs

· Schedule service and repair appointments

· Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

· Strong punctuality and reliability

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Proficient computer skills for entering and retrieving customer information

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
