Your Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager in Chehalis, WA, you will:
- Promote Bozarth products to dealers and contractors while building strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout SW Washington, and NW Oregon.
- Attend contractor events and trade shows to expand your professional network.
- Manage leads, accounts and sales in the POS system including preparing estimates and processing orders.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and marketing.
- Track customer purchases to identify opportunities for additional sales and suggest new products.
- Maintain your company vehicle and represent Bozarth Sales professionally in the field.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials
- Related field/ or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of building plans and construction processes
- Professional with a high level of integrity, empathy, and self-control
- Independently motivated with proven time management skills
- Strong analytical mind for problem-solving
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service
- Willingness to listen to others
- Clear written and verbal communication with customers, peers, and management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Robust computer skills with adaptability to learn new programs quickly
- Project planning or equivalent education/experience
- Team player
- Results oriented
- Punctual attendance of shifts
- Possess a valid in-state driver’s license
- Have an acceptable driving record by company insurance standards - an MVR will be required if hired
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written strongly desired
- Pride in a job well done
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to reach and bend while performing job duties
- Capability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance - use the "team lift" technique or hand truck for heavier weights
- Ability to sit for long periods while driving
