Building Maintenance Technician I/II - responsible for performing skilled work in the inspection, servicing, adjustment, repairing, and replacement of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry for City of Manassas facilities.

Building Maintenance Worker - responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs of City facilities under limited supervision.  Work involves plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry repairs, HVAC repairs, and maintaining knowledge of principles and practices of building maintenance and repair.
 
The hiring range is:
Technician II (B09): $24.51 - $33.70 per hour, DOQ
Technician I (B07): $22.24 - $30.58 per hour, DOQ
Worker (B05): $20.17 per hour
