Job Details
Professional Engineer (PE) license OR Architect (RA) OR relevant technical certification in building enclosure consulting.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, architecture, building science, or related discipline.
Significant experience evaluating, detailing, and troubleshooting building enclosure systems.
Familiarity with facade systems, curtain walls, roofing, waterproofing, fenestrations, sealants, and insulation.
Experience managing client deliverables and project execution.
Strong technical communication and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct field investigations and testing.
