Job Summary
We are currently hiring for 1 position. This position includes window cleaning (interior and exterior), gutter cleaning, soft wash roof cleaning and pressure washing. Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We are looking for a highly motivated, honest, hardworking individual who wants to work with similarly motivated people.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cleaning of windows, gutters, roofs and pressure washing
- Company Vehicle responsibility and safety: Maintain tools and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of truck. Responsible driving required.
Required of the Role
- You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites.
- You have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress code.
- You are able to work independently.
- You have excellent time-management skills.
- You adhere to high ethical standards.
- You work well in a team environment.
- You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work.
- Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service.
- Able to work Monday-Saturday as needed.
- Must be okay working a flexible schedule which may include early morning or evening hours.
- Hard worker (mentally and physically)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice to Have
- You have 1+ year(s) of relative experience performing window cleaning and/or operating pressure and/or soft washing equipment.
- Located in the Sequim or Port Townsend areas.
Physical Demands and Requirements
- Standing - 8 to 10 hours daily
- Walking - 8 to 10 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping/Reaching - 8 to 10 hours daily
- Repetitive Movement (reaching, cleaning and using poles) – 8 to 10 hours daily
- Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) - Occasionally
- Lift and Carry ladders (up to 75 lbs.) - Regularly
- Push / Pull – 8 to 10 hours daily
- You are able to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions.
- Work on ladders 5-30 feet tall.
- Walk on roof and other uneven surfaces.
Compensation
- Trainee starts at $20 an hour.
- Once trained, compensation is commission based. At full schedule, it can range from $25,000 to $50,000 or more depending on capabilities and experience.
