About Our Client:
Our client is a boutique builder crafting high-end, design-forward custom homes in the heart of Atlantas most sought-after neighborhoods along the 400 corridor. With an emphasis on craftsmanship, detail, and timeless design, they specialize in infill custom homes that start at $2M and above.
Their work is driven by integrity, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to quality. They dont cut corners or chase volume. They build legacy homes. With a small, close-knit team that walks job sites together and solves problems side by side, theyre now seeking an experienced Builder / Project Manager to join the team and help bring architectural visions to life.
Who Were Looking For:
Youre polished, professional, and proud of your work. Youve led the build of multi-million dollar custom homes and can navigate complex job sites with confidence and precision. Youre detail-obsessed, blueprint fluent, and know how to keep trades, clients, and projects aligned from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
You have experience working with a respected custom home builder and thrive in environments where design matters and craftsmanship is king. This isnt production buildingits boutique, hands-on construction at the highest level.
What Youll Need:
35+ years of experience building custom homes
Proven track record with a notable luxury or custom home builder
Strong experience managing infill projects and basement installations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and architectural drawings
Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
What Youll Get:
Base salary: $90,000$120,000
