Budget Analyst

Oversee environmental health & safety across multiple facilities.
Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety policies.
Conduct inspections, maintain records, and coordinate corrective actions.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and facility points of contact.
Develop and deliver EHS training via LMS.
Support emergency preparedness and crisis management teams.
Manage facility supplies, digital filing systems, and SharePoint portals.
Prepare weekly corporate service reports and monthly safety topics.
Ensure compliance with environmental permits and reporting requirements.
Track incidents, hazardous exposures, and coordinate with HR.
Collaborate with legislators and stakeholders on safety initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree + 10 years relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree + 9 years relevant experience.
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Technical Proficiency:
GFEBS and Army’s LMP software (highly proficient).
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Deltek.
Power BI, Power Queries, Dashboarding (preferred).
