A Day in the Life of the Broadband Dispatcher Lead:
Provide advanced support for all dispatch-related issues and escalations
Assist with daily management of quota
Assume dispatch responsibilities in the event of absences or project work
Expedite complex scenarios and respond appropriately
Learn applicable changes to have current knowledge of company operation procedures
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 5-7 years experience in dispatch or call center environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
*Must be located a driveable distance from our Seattle, WA location.

The base salary in Washington for this position is $27-$33 per hourplus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
