Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Draft first versions of briefs and written motions
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise memoranda
- Assist with drafting and reviewing discovery materials as needed
- Support cases across multiple litigation areas, including commercial disputes and personal injury matters
Who This Is For:
- An attorney with strong writing and analytical skills
- Someone experienced enough to work independently with minimal direction
- Former BigLaw experience is a plus, but not required
- Best suited for someone who has “been there, done that” and enjoys focused, substantive legal work
Work Structure:
- Part-time contract role(could be full time for the right candidate)
- Hours may fluctuate based on active assignments
- In-office environment with flexibility
- Strong potential for long-term or permanent hire
