A nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking a Senior Briefing & Litigation Support Attorney to work directly with a prominent trial attorney on complex, high-stakes matters.
This is not a back-office drafting role. This is an opportunity to sit close to strategy, support nationally visible litigation, and contribute meaningfully to cases that carry real impact.
This attorney will serve as a trusted legal writer and strategist, responsible for elevating written advocacy across sophisticated commercial and high-profile personal injury matters. You will draft first-pass briefs, research nuanced legal issues, develop motion strategy, and refine arguments that shape litigation outcomes.
You will work directly with a senior trial attorney who is deeply involved in complex, public-facing matters. The environment is fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and performance-driven.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft substantive briefs and dispositive motions
- Conduct advanced legal research and analysis
- Develop persuasive written arguments aligned with trial strategy
- Assist in motion practice, pre-trial preparation, and case positioning
- Support high-profile litigation across commercial and personal injury matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong academic background from a reputable law school
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
- Litigation experience with meaningful motion practice exposure
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work with minimal direction
- Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, high-visibility environment
- Former BigLaw or federal clerkship experience is valued but not required. What matters most is sharp analytical thinking and exceptional written advocacy.
